ReBridal understand that your bridal wear is one of the most important parts of your big day.  We will do our absolute upmost to make sure buyers are completely satisfied with the products shipped to them; therefore, all goods sold from are covered by the policy of 14 days return and exchange.
ReBridal will review all refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return.
All returns will be considered on a case by case basis, notifications of refunds must be made to ReBridal as soon as possible following delivery.  In any case, returns must be sent within 14 days of the shipment being received. We will only accept items in their original condition - with original ReBridal tags intact.
Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
Once agreed and the item has been received by ReBridal, refunds will be issued as soon as possible, and in any case will take no more than 7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account (depending on your bank or payment service). Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge. All Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with ReBridal before sending items back.
If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund, exchange or Credit.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved.
Please be notified that customers are responsible for the correct delivery address from the order. Any address change from their original order will be only effective once our sales support replied by written email. Customers are responsible for the delivery delay or return back issue caused by their providing the wrong information.

In Store Purchase

Purchases made in store are covered by a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee.  This assumes  all original ReBridal tags remain intact and the product is returned in the same condition it was sold.  the retuned item must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
Returns made after the 14 day time frame will be subject to management discretion, considered on a case by case basis.
